I had been hoping we'd break 5Million impressions before then, but it was a high target.

I checked the stats tonight and lo and behold...

Its about the industry norm. That is between .5 and .1% if I recall correctly.

Higher, when a new ad goes on or when its relevant.

Wyrv, I'd like to have a ****up. Let me have a thunk about that.

As for busiest times:

Our busiest days are always mid week.
We get several spikes during the day, always busiest during office hours. The spikes go like this:
9, 11, 1:30, 3:30, 5:30-6:30

You people do NO WORK!

We get another spike about 7:30-8 and background noise until about 2am. Its NEVER not active. there are posts throughout the night (HOBBES!) and the most active late night board is Counterstrike (surprise.. not!)

I must ask cloud to do some more stats on the posters again.

I have never looked to see how many posts we get a day but it used to be 10 posts and hour and now its up to 10 posts every 20 mins during the day so I expect we get about 400 posts a day anyway.
Come to think of it, thats a LOT of posts!

Contrary to popular belief the Trolls board has not made a huge imapct in our growth pattern.

Yes, and before lacerta.ucg.ie we had quake.ie.

We cant actually recall the exact date we started Boards.ie as it took time to get it up and running. I bet Cloud knows exactly but the ad banners and the impressions counters started on the 6th of April so we are offically declaring that our birthday!

The community itself traces its history back to the Gamesplayers list on IOL sure!

It seems pretty much everyone around here is a Lieutenant since they fall into the 30 - infinity post range... it just seems like a bit of a waste of space having it beside every post.
