    if so i am trying to see what is the average size people are going for

    mine are 10mm at the moment and i am thinking of going bigger

    but i am just not sure yet

    and whats the feedback people get in interviews with holy ears?

    I got mine to about 12mm. Left with a bitching mark in my ear now.

    i was at 12 till just under 2 weeks ago, i'm seein how far they'll shrink, so far they'll still just about take a 6mm.

    Well I got the job no bother, when I dont wear jewllery in them the skin tends to pinch a little and become less obvious, so no one in a job interview has ever really noticed them. And now for working I have bamboo plugs (from snakebite) which has a flesh coloured tone to them and generally no one seems to pay much attention to them.
