ringing o2 mobile in UK

    Ive been trying to ring an 086 number that is roaming in the uk, and I cant get through.... anyone know what prefix to put on?? 0044 doesnt seem to work, it tells me the number doesnt exist or whatever...

    ring the number as normal. don't bother with any country codes. The exchange looks after all the roaming stuff so you dont have to worry about it.

    no prefix except 086
    dial number as you would normally

    if you can't get through it's because
    - out of coverage
    - unit off
    - roaming is not set up

    hmm, tried the normal 086 too, perhaps it was one of the things you listed egan
