Serious problems

I cant open any programs/display prop or anythin like that i have to click run as if i try to open a program is comes up rundll32.exe is not found make sure if you have typed it correctly etc,any body have any ideas?

Virus in system files is highly likely

reboot in safe mode and scan for viruses - if your antivirus is over a month old then it won't pickup many variants of bagel or netsky properly
