Large double room in quiet modern estate in Rathgar, ensuite, cable tv connection point in room, phone in room (currently hooked up to Esat business DSL), lots of storage space. 2 other people in the house. €550 p.m.

All the usuals, house is clean and warm, lots of parking in the estate, close to the 15/65 bus routes.

I'm putting an ad in the paper next week to advertise this, and I doubt it'll last long - PM if you'd like to see it.
