    contention ratio is 50:1 so considering the type of package the chances of u getting a 6meg connection or anything remotely close is practically 0.

    Yeah but there is a likelyhood that there is nice big fat pipe of bandwidth being shared amount that 50. Here we have 2mb shared at a contention ratio 48:1 on 512kb services. This seems to be the minimum accepted on the backhaul. This should mean that there is at leat 70 megs or so of backhaul. Pretty much gauranteed your 1 meg/sec.
