TBH Draupnir I couldn,t give a toss about what anyone has in their Sig (with the exception of the african lady with the big teeth someone has and that is because the picture disturbs me more than anything else). I,m a bit old to be letting such things bother me. If my sig pissed off people I don't see how that is my problem, however I have removed it as a gesture to those it offended.

if gandalf stated why each of us were banned and gave a valid reason then i would except that but any reason other than being a "disruptive infulence" is bit general and off the cuff.

ive asked for a reason on the other board yet non was forth comming.

ps Where are the other 2 mods in this case are they tied up in gandalfs basement somewhere. Do they have an opinion on the whole matter at all

Does seem a bit strange Jank, I agree, im very shocked you arent allowed post. It seems to be turning into the Arsenal board, or the ABU board to be more precise, so I wonder why you arent allowed in. Maybe your the fall guy, they are just banning you so they can say "But we banned an Arsenal fan too."

Wonder if we could get a Man U et al forum. Just because me, The Muppet, Zener and Jank, Pigman and all the others could have a chat about Football between ourselves. A football forum makes sense, it always sat badly with me calling it a soccer forum anyway.

If ya like. If the old forum hadnt been transformed to the new form then Id be back in there because my week ban is now up. I can honestly say that anyone as interested in postin there as myself, The Muppet or jank are going to act the maggot again. If we didnt really want to use the forum we wouldnt be this interested would we.

Jank, I have nothing against you but I never actually reviewed your posts so I wouldn't know if you deserved a ban. I just looked back over a couple of your posts to see what type of posts you were making. As for this comment: "its not my last post at all", have a look for yourself.

I never noticed certain users to be posting rubbish (with the exception of lad12) but its a combination of a few users that was turning threads into 10 pages of crap. The soccer forum is a lot better now and I hope it stays that way. I'm sure giving time you will be allowed back in but in the mean time build a reputation by posting in other forums, like Pigman II, and people will then be willing to vouch for you if the mods allow that.

Have to agree with Amps point above an I would also like to think that common decency between posters would be a requisit if DeVores plans ever come to fruition and I also think Amp could be the man for the job if he were interested.



P.S. Sorry amp if that was your pitch for the post as thats possibly the kiss if death for you but my sentiment are sincere.

I'd really like to see a 'soccer badlands' forum, but since Boards is apparently responsible for material published here, I can't see it ever happenning. It'd be amusing, but sadly, I don't think you should get your hopes up lads. Perhaps you should see this situation as a warning to change your ways, rather than an excuse to moan about maltreatment.

And besides, bringing the same old petty squabbles back into this thread as you have been doing isn't exactly demonstrating your 'new leaf'.

Jank you are always involved in petty arguments. I have a major problem with you and have been banned on a previous occassion for verbally "abusing" you. I have been involved in many arguments/debates with you about various topics and I have always ended up wanting to physically hurt you or myself.

Then on the other hand, there is TheMuppet. I have been involved in the same number of arguments with himself but have never ended up annoyed or have never resorted to insulting him!

I think its very poor form that TheMuppet has not been granted access to the all new soccer forum.

If you want to get back into soccer, perhaps looking to see what you did may have upset other users, the mods and admins and trying to address that would be a better course of action than just shrugging off all blame for the crap, spam, flaming and abuse that went on in soccer? How about accountability as a step towards redemption? eh?

He has already said he asked why he is not being allowed in and he was given "Generic Reason 1". If he has specific example maybe he can act upon them!
