Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I voted Utd fan & glad he's back!!

I think if anything, it'll be of a benefit for the younger players, because his influence will have to rub off on some of them.

I just hope his comeback doesn't coincide with a complete dip in his form [due to age]!!

    Non-United fan, no thanks.

I just feel that given the poor state of our midfield, we need to experiment and blood new talent ASAP. Having Keane in there would be great except I can't see him lasting too much longer.

Do think the team would be better in the short term with him playing.

Non UTD fan - glad he's back.

We need the experience Keane has in the midfield.

I'm over the moon to be fair, but i have plenty of doubts in my head, i just hope he doesn't un settle the lads.

i'd also like to see him get into the coaching more at international level.

i'm a united fan but i think i'd like to see him playing in the green and white for his last few seasons ireland and celtic

that has been his dream.I think he only has one or two more seasons at united and I would also like to see him at celtic

I'm a United fan and I'm glad he's back. Because I can't really see Matt Holland trying to compete against Makalele and Vieira later this year.

You'd be mad if you didn't want a player like Keane in your first team lineup considering what we have in those areas.

non united fan, dont want him back

nothing to do with what team he plays for, its more the fact that he STILL hasnt apologised for how he handled things, and until he does he shouldnt have been considered for reselection

The thing is, none of us know exactly what happened in Saipan and Keane doesn't think he was in the wrong. If he did he would have apologised to the players in his RTE interview.

Non united fan and glad he's back. Hopefully his leadership and years of experience will help bring on some of the younger/less experienced players in the squad.

Non UTD Fan, I'm still 50/50, I agree with Pornapster, I cannot see our current midfield standing up to the test of Vierra et al but I am concerned with regards to the effect his return will have on the morale of the team.
