error 678 - remote computer not responding

Hi Guys, we recently got UTV Clicksilver, but so far were unable to use it. We always get the error 678: remote computer not responding We tried it with two different laptops (both Win XP), and with an Zyxel Router and another Zyxel USB Modem. Always the same f****** error message. We tried all kind of stuff, but no luck…

Hi Guys,

we recently got UTV Clicksilver, but so far were unable to use it.

We always get the error 678: remote computer not responding

We tried it with two different laptops (both Win XP), and with an Zyxel Router and another Zyxel USB Modem. Always the same f****** error message.

We tried all kind of stuff, but no luck so far, and we are running out of ideas. UTV does seem to be unable to help.

Anyone has any infos on that problem?

that should be escalalted to eircom to get the mto check the exchange, chance of 2 pc's to be messed up are slim to none
