Eircom BB homestarter plus, modem no show

    Hi all,

    I signed up for Eircom homestarter plus with "free" 4 port router / modem on 26 march.

    Eircom DSL line 1800 512128 tell me the order is "complete" but I have no sign on info and no modem / router.

    I have chated to the DSL line several times and each time they promise that the modem / router will be shipped "soon".

    Anyone know a good person / phone number to get some action on this? Anyone else having trouble getting this "free" device?
