Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Can anyone recommend a decent hotel in Galway to stay in for end of May period. Nothing fancy but still half decent nonetheless. There'll be 3-4 people staying.

    Cheers,
    TC

If you want something central, try the SAS Radison in Galway. Good, prolly not that cheap.

Cheaper would be the Quality hotel, good too, but not walking distance to Galway, easy by taxi though.

Salthill hotels tend to be rathe busy, and therefore to be avoided.

Jury's is very good. Its five minutes from anyone you'd want to go. Just at the end of quay st where all the pubs are. And very reasonable afaik.

Try the Park House hotel.. very nice hotel, 4 star too apparently..

Stayed there about 2 months back and its about 50 yards from Ayre Square..

Nice little touchs like daily paper at your door every morning, room service is good
too and the food is lovely..

Have a look here and see what ya think..

I've not stayed there yet, but I've been told the Radisson SAS is nice by someone who has (certainly, the other hotels in that chain I've stayed in have been good!)
