Overclocking CPU on Dell 8300

    Im a total newbie to overclocking CPUs. Ive always wanted to overclock my cpu but every site i look up says you need loads of cooling and fans need to be installed left right and centre so it basically just scared me out of doing it. Can anyone tell me what i can over clock my P4 3.0 to and if ill need any additional cooling for any noticable change.

    I'm not 100% sure but I think its really hard to overclock OEM products.

    The BIOS on the 8300 won't allow you to do this.
