    I was on this link

    http://flashman.rpc1.org/Firmware/PIONEER/DVR-106D/

    and then saved this program

    DVR-106D v1.07 - RPC-1 + 2xDVD-R + 12xRip.zip

bush am I right to do this, I saved in on floppy do I just click on it and it runs and does the business for me, or is it more complicated than that ?

    thanks

Do a search on this site's forum. Seems to be a good site for flashing DVD's.
