How do i access voice mail

i have a meteor, and i have a 2 in the top left hand corner ,, no idea what it is , never seen it before and i have the phone over a year. I think it might meani have 2 voice mails . but i have no idea how to check voice mail anyone know?

press and hold # could be line 2 is activated this will switch it off...
