40mm to 80mm Fan

Anyone know of a way to get a 80mm fan replace a 40mm one. I have seen in Maplins a 80mm to 120mm fan convertor. But I cannot find anywhere a 40 to 80 fan convertor. Its for the rear exhaust on my brand new shuttle. Very noisy.

I know where to get 60mm to 80mm adapters but ive never seen any 40mm to 80mm, would be very rare i think.
