Just noticed there that O2 no longer offer 24 Hour Customer Care for Bill Pay Customers. It's only open to 9PM now.

O2/Digifone were the first to introduce a 24 hour helpline.

I rang them just after 11.30 this evening and I got answered. I'm a post paid customer (i.e. Bill Pay) so your information seems to be wrong?
