I read a very intersting article by Noam Chomsky, about america... interstingly I never new that America was actually convicted of war crimes in Nicargua, i wonder if that will shut up those who claim that america has never committed any war crimes since it was never convicted... ironically ofc like what happened to…

Memnoch, In that case i agree with you that the US would be counted as a Rogue State. They've showed many times, that they have no wish to be rules by the majority. Its either their way or no way. But then again, the only reason that the UN effectively exists is when the US backs it. The same goes for International Laws. These are restrictions that the US has placed in for into the mindset of Western Societies, that it has no wish to follow themselves.

Definetly a Rogue State mentality.
