Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Dark Match #1: Carly Colon with cornrows vs. Scotty 2 Hotty who received the first “we know you” massive pop of the evening. There was quite a bit of good offense by Colon but nothing spectacular. The crowd was red-hot for Scotty and let Colon know it. The Worm wins it for Scotty in about 4 minutes.
    Winner: Scotty 2 Hotty

Dark Match #2: Spike Dudley vs. Mordecai
Spike received a decent reaction and Mordecai had the same. The entrance for Mordecai is too similar to Taker’s foggy entrance. Mordecai came out in a white hood and unveiled in the ring. Mordecai’s outfit was white pants and a tank top that looked like the White Power Ranger costume. It was not very flattering. Fertig has lost a considerable amount of weight. A typical big man/little man match with Spike receiving minimal offense. Mordecai wins with a Razor’s Edge and Spike leaves the ring in pain.
    Winner: Mordecai

Josh Matthews and Bill DeMott come out to announce Velocity. Cue pyro and Chimel.

Cena comes out to a massive pop in an Oklahoma State Football Jersey of Barry Sanders and does a rap and gives his jersey away to the fan with the best sign that read “My other sign is in the shop”.

Velocity Match # 1: John Cena vs. Akio
Akio comes out seconded by Sakoda and in new ring gear. Cena hits a sidewalk slam, 5 knuckle shuffle, brush off the shoulder, and a pump up the shoes for a 2 count. Cena gets Akio in the F-U position and clocks the interfering Sakoda and pins Akio with his F-U. Throws nuts to Akio and Sakoda as they skulk off. Cena celebrates in the ring for awhile.
    Winner: Cena

    Commercial Break

Velocity Match #2: Funaki vs. JBL
JBLK enters the arena through his limo complete with longhorns which do not go very well with the die hard Sooner fans in the crowd. Eddie chants reverberated throughout this match and boring chants were interspersed. Chairs and other plunder are thrown into the ring as JBL manhandles Funaki outside the ring into the steel steps and busts him open. JBL hits 2 Clotheslines from Oklahoma State (aka hell) and pins the battered and bloodied Funaki. Funaki is helped from the ring.
    Winner: JBL

    Commercial Break

Velocity Match #3: Jamie Noble vs. Rey Mysterio
Not a huge pop for Rey which was quite surprising. Jamie I guess is a heel this week. Many arm bars and other submissions which start the match off to a snails pace. Rey kicks the crowd into gear with a split legged moonsault for a 2 count. Jamie attempts the Tiger Driver but Rey rolls through into a 619 position and hits it and a West Coast Pop onto a fallen Noble. Rey picks up the pin.
    Winner: Mysterio

Velocity Match #4: Mark “Lex” Jindrak vs. Shannon Moore
Teddy comes out to his own music and does his spiel about the reflection of perfection which signals Jindrak’s entrance. He does some poses in front of the mirror but is cut off by Moore's entrance music. Moore comes out with no hair. He has a short cut similar to JBL's. Jindrak throws Moore around like a rag doll and the crowd quickly turns on this match. Jindrak is not over at all and needs more work. Shannon tried to salvage this match with some high spots but kept getting thwarted by Jindrak. Mark hits his tilt-a-whirl slam for the pin.
    Winner: Jindrak

End of Velocity. Tazz and Cole come out to Tazz’s music to a sizeable pop. SD intro rolls and previews the Dupree/Wilson match and Haas/Rico vs. Bashams. Pyro runs as Kurt’s music blares.

Kurt comes out escorted by his bodyguard-type guy named Luther in a wheelchair and a bandaged up leg. Kurt gives a lengthy promo on how the doctors say he can never wrestle again and how he blames the fans and Torrie Wilson. Kurt cries a bit and calls the audience a pack of blood-thirsty animals and shills the “I’m Still Alive” show on UPN by saying he survived as well. He angrily calls out Wilson and cuts her music off. She timidly enters the ring but does some bad acting as Kurt berates her and making her match with Dupree a No-DQ match and it’s next. Kurt says he can no longer have sex with his wife and how he’ll get the last laugh on Torrie.

    Commercial Break

SD! Match # 1: Torrie Wilson vs. Renee Dupree
Renee enters the ring cocky and dressed in his robe minus FiFi. Renee does his French jig and slaps Wilson around and she gets a roll up for a one count until John Cena, decked out in Sooner gear, saves the day and destroys Renee with some ugly punches. The match just kind of ends without any explanation.
    Winner: Match dissolves

Commercial Break as Nunzio enters the ring without cameras rolling. He stands in the ring as the next promo airs.

Backstage Renee freaks on Kurt and demands redemption, Kurt makes a match for Judgment Day of Cena vs. Dupree for the US Championship and how Kurt would be proud to have a Frenchman hold the US belt.

SD! Match #2: Nunzio vs. Cruiserweight Champion Chavo Guerrero Jr. w/ Chavo Sr.
After Nunzio is announced 2 bongs go off and the purple light fills the arena and fog creeps into the ring. Nunzio acts scared until the lights flicker on and Chavo comes out, who acts like nothing happened. Chavo dominates the bout with all offense and Chavo wins with a reverse slam finisher (Gourd Buster?). Chavo gets on the mic after his victory and claims he’s the greatest Cruiser Champ in the world and issues an open challenge for next week to anyone in the world who he has never faced before.
    Winner: Chavo Jr.

Recap of RVD and Dudleys situation. This brings out Rob Van Dam who receives a sizeable pop and he calls for the Dudleys to show their faces.

    Commercial Break

We come back to the Skullet Paul Heyman and he talks about his VIP status for the evening. He calls the Duds out and they come from the audience and beat down Rob until Eddie Guerrero makes the save and pounds on the Duds.

Booker T does a promo backstage about the cosmic Taker occurrences with Josh Matthews. Booker mentions he’s not scared of Taker.

Dudleys are backstage with Heyman discussing RVD and Eddie. Heyman announces that Kurt has signed Eddie vs. The Dudley once again and redemption is theirs. No one is allowed at ringside accepts VIP people like Heyman.
SD! match #3: Booker T vs. Billy Gunn
Booker comes out to a good reaction, not a heel reaction though, but receives no fire pyro. Assman comes out to a dull nod from the crowd. Flair chops rule the beginning of the bout along with a neck breaker by Booker for 2 on Gunn. A suplex by Gunn and a Famouser audible are given to Booker who reverses and hit’s a roundhouse kick. Billy splashes into the corner and Booker hit’s the axe kick for the pin.
    Winner: Booker T

Taker’s bongs hit again and the Deadman returns to television and the arena erupts, lighters went up everywhere as the purple light illuminated the ring and smoke filled the arena. Taker enters as Booker says that they both should just leave the ring and not fight. As Booker was leaving the ring he grabs Paul Bearer’s urn and smashes Taker in the head and runs from the ring into the crowd as Taker recovers.

Kurt and Luther are wheeling backstage when Matthews runs up and asks Kurt’s opinion on the proceeding actions by Booker. Kurt says Booker will defeat Booker easily and makes their match for Judgment Day. He also says Taker will wrestle next week on Smackdown.

Raw Rebound and Rico backstage segment with Haas losing his tights, which Jackie and Rico stole, and Haas having to wear Rico’s tights for their match.

SD! match #4 : Haas/Rico w/ Gayda vs. Bashams for Tag Team Titles
Rico and Jackie enter the ring and do their bit followed by the hometown boy Charlie Haas in Rico’s rainbow tights. The Bashams act disgusted at Charlie’s attire and begin the match. Mostly homosexual comedy as Rico rides the Bashams and some funny exchanges between Haas and Rico slapping hands. Charlie wins with a Rico super kick to a Basham (couldn’t tell) into Charlie’s Belly to Back suplex for the pin. All three celebrate in the ring with hugging and more comedy.
    Winners: Haas and Rico

JBL video airs with him in New York and commenting on illegal immigrants once more and claiming it’s despicable that schools teach Spanish to American students because the immigrants can’t learn English. The video ran like a political advertisement with JBL announcing his bid for WWE Champion at Judgment Day. JBL announces American Capitalism is back complete with a cheesy wink.

SD! match #5: WWE Champion Eddie Guerrero vs. Bubba Dudley
Eddie enters arena in a low rider to a huge ovation as Kurt sits in on commentary with Luther by his side. D’Von and Heyman escort Bubba to ringside. Eddie starts match at furious pace and lands a double cross-body onto the floor on the Dudley Boys. Eddie wins the match when the Dudley Device goes awry and then hit’s a frog splash for the three count. Dudleys attack Eddie after match and RVD makes the save. RVD and Eddie hit dueling frog splashes onto the Duds as the camera cuts to Kurt’s comments and the cameras stop rolling. RVD and Eddie celebrate in the ring for a bit longer and leave together in the low rider.
    Winner: Eddie Guerrero

I think Judgement Day is going to be so so bad

Just compare the card with Backlash. Although John Cena vs Rene Dupree could be good! Good to see Taker but we all know who will win that match!
