v525 sms vodafone

anyone figure out how to send vodafone text messages from a motorola v525,a mate got one but it will only let him send mms , i turned off the gprs which brought up a sub menu for mms and text messages when you got to create a message, but still can't find a place to setup the service centre ect

click messages,then when the "Create Message" is highlighted, click the key at the top centre with the 4 horizontal bars on it. Then scroll down to message setup, click select, you will now be in the MMS Message Setup screen. Don't worry about that. Type in the service centre number that Vodafone give ya for SMS, and you are finished!
