    i voted no as i saw FANJ's post on the thread about periods which just said something along the lines of i've had enough of this etc etc. banned iirc.

    My argument is that he was banned for a point of view, not for anything else.

    If he was banned for trolling ((first time using this word :-( )) then i wouldnt have a complaint.

    The fact is he wasnt.

    The mods can ban at their discretion for any reason they feel is justified. We would typically unban if we felt the mod was acting in a manner beyond that - a personal grudge, for example. I don't think the fanj holds a personal grudge against you.

    assuming your not taking the piss and it is a rather large assumption on my part, i was simultaneously offering the man a tampon and extracting the urine out of paper technology products adverstisments (well thats what proctor and gamble classify them under)

    But I was banned because of a clerical error - a post of mine was moved by accident and then seen as a troll.

    So my banning was a mistake.

    But for some reason I can't be unbanned...?

    Johnny, I moved your thread to Afterhours from PI due to the more chatty form of the post and the lack of 'personal issues'. Imo it wasn't for PI but I guess that's not the point.

    For the record I have no problem with your posts on PI, and sometimes have a chuckle over what you write. However, your being banned from AH may have been my instigation, I think it best if you let this lie until you are unbanned as it seems the mods have made up their mind.

    I'm sorry for moving your thread and not posting 'Moved', as if this didn't happen then maybe you wouldn't be banned (so quickly :p).

    Take it on the chin, and I'll buy you a beer if you ever come over to Greece in the future.
