Just use the reset the back, I think you have to press in in for a few seconds.

There is no reset button on this router this is the procedure.

For ZyXEL Prestige 643 ADSL Router
The following instructions will walk you through the process of resetting the username and password on your ZyXEL Prestige 643 ADSL router.

Disconnect DSL cable from the ZyXEL router. Ensure your PC is connected to the ZyXEL Prestige 643 ADSL Router via an Ethernet cable and open your browser.

Switch OFF the router. Wait for 10 seconds. Switch ON the router. When "Sys" light is solid green enter the router's IP address (192.168.1.1 is the default) in the address window of the browser and hit ENTER. If you have changed the LAN IP address of your router, you will need to enter that address in the window and hit ENTER.

When prompted for Username and Password, enter admin as the Username and the router's Ethernet address as the password. The Ethernet address can be found on the bottom of the router. Please note that you have up to three (3) minutes to login with the Ethernet address. If you miss the three-minute window, switch off the router for 10 seconds, then switch it back on and try again.

Once the username and password is validated you should get to the Welcome Screen.

Click on Advanced setup to change the router password.

Use your router's Ethernet address as the old password. Type in your new password, and confirm it by typing it again. Be sure to store your new router password somewhere that you will not forget it. Click Apply when you are done and logout from the web GUI.

You may now proceed with any router configuration changes by logging into the router with your new password.
