Connecting MP3 Player to Audi stereo

Just bought a Creative Labs 30Gb MP3 player. The hiss from the FM transmitter is a touch annoying. Does anybody know how to hard-wire one of these to my car stereo (Audi A4 concert stereo). Cheers
