why cant i study???

    i dunno what the hell is wrong with me......i just cant study.
    i have 2 exams tomorrow, english and history and i've had all day sunday, monday and today to study and i have done NOTHING! i seriously havent opened a book.
    im a tool. anyone else having this problem. am i totally screwed?:( :dunno:

    you don't care as a protection against the fact that if you try you may fail, whereas if you don't try you will fail and at least be able to laugh it off. Least thats what I've always put it down to when it happens to me.

    Is it just lack of motivation or are you suffering from stress? Clue that you're suffering from stress - dull headache when you try to focus on something. Take ginseng supplements, some LIGHT exercise, plenty of vitamins and cut down on caffeine and sugar Foods rich in protein and fibre will help you study a lot more effectively than those high in caffeine/sugar like the coke/lucozade which nearly ruined me in my attempts.
