BCI applications invited for alternative radio station?

    Anyone see the ad in the Irish Times today? The Broadcasting Commission of Ireland were advertising for licence applications for a Dublin-based alternative radio station. Sound like anyone we know?

    So, is there anything we can do to help?

    15 years too late by my reckoning,still better late than........

    Some serious mutton heads may challenge Phantom and probably produce a watered down version if their mutton heads win.
