    Is it possible to edit HTML tags in forms?

    e.g.
    [input type='text' value='News & Info']

    To display that in the textbox as 'News & Info' instead of 'News & Info'?

    I've been searching for the last 2 days cant find anything. Anyone come across the same problem?
