    Just to let you know that Roy Harris will be doing a BJJ Course in NUIG, Sports Centre, August 14th.

    He's a 2nd degree Black Belt in BJJ.

    Excellent stuff. BBJ black belts don't go easily, I'm sure he's very accomplished.

    Just one month to go before Roy Harris arrives for his seminar in NUIG Sports Centre.

    BJJ is a popular topic on this board so if there is anyone else out there who wishes to attend this seminar, Roy Harris is a second degree black belt in BJJ please send me a mail info@harrisinireland.com to confirm your place.

    Its a 4 hour seminar and all are welcome.
