well some fones do have mp3 ring tones...but if its on the radio its probally just some polyphonic ones.....

They are called "Tru Tones" they are .WAV/.MP3 and a few other formats, and they are free if you can find them on the web, also you can make your own out of songs/sound clips.

Not too sure of the legality of it all because if a ringtone company is selling the actual song then dont they have to pay royalties to the artist?

TXT: "Bomb has been planted" from Counterstrike

I've got one of those, it's just a polyphonic one though, and it doesn't sound as much like the song as I'd thought- you can tell it's a mobile.
