NTR Broadband and Irish Broadband are subsidiaries of NTR plc, Ireland's leading private financier, developer and operator of public and environmental infrastructure. Irish Broadband, operating in Dublin, has been connecting customers, both residential and business; to our to high speed Internet access service, since August 2002.

Looks like they are the northern ireland branch of IrishBroadband, so i presume the same applies for that company as applies for IBB.

Even the info blurb on "Breeze Home" is exactly the same on both sites.
