    If anyone was interested... saw a report during the week on RTE about the Food Safety Promotion Board offering fridge thermometers...
    A fridge that’s not cold enough is fertile breeding ground for bacteria – yet it’s often difficult to tell how cold your fridge is because so few have built-in thermometers. To help you set your fridge at the recommended 5oC or below 'safefood' is giving away 50,000 free fridge thermometers...

    Not just a freebie. If you find your fridge is colder than it needs to be (just above freezing maybe), you can warm it up to 3 or 4 degrees and save ESB too! And still stay healthy!

    I bought one ages ago (and one for the freezer too).
