downloading videos in Explorer

i'm trying to access a video, but when i click on the link it only lets me view it in the browser through media player is there anyway of downloading the video so i can eventually burn it to cd?

right click -> save target as

i tried that...the link is marked as a html file not wav or mpeg

it just takes me straight to media player

if it plays in media player, when it plays through fully isn't there an option to save file in the file menu?
