Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Can't really blame him the damage was done long before he had his say.

He wasn't sacked, they came to an agreement, he's staying on in a consultancy role.

If I'm correct he didn't have the right badges to be managing anyway.

Indeed you are, Gray got special disspensation from UEFA to manage Leeds in the short term.

Leeds i think signed him because he would be cheap as he didnt have the correct coaching badges.

Not sacked as he couldn't have stayed on without the coaching badges anyway.

But what the hell is a consultancy role? Something like Director of Football. It doesn't work. Just take a look at the David Pleat situation at Spurs.

I wonder who exactly will be consulting him anyway?

I presume the new manager will consult with Gray. He'll ask him if Michael Duberry is really as shít as he looks, and Gray will say yes. Consultation over.

Why couldn't the club at least wait until after the Chelsea match to relieve him? Seems a bit strange.

Classic (although he'll probably reply 'worse').
