folderising mp3s

    Hey there
    I'm looking for a nice little app that will scan a folder full of mp3s and will create a new folder based on the artist name and album and put the mp3 in that.
    I just need something that can run without much user input since I have a folder with about 3000 of the things, and it's too much to sort by hand!

    any ideas?
