I see Ray's ex missus is looking to take him to the cleaners. In addition to maintenance for the kids, she's been offered 2 houses (with no mortgages), a lump sum of £250k, plus £120k a year.

But thats not enough for Mrs P. She's looking to up the £120k a year, to 1/3rd of Ray's annual wages - which would bring it up to £400k a year at the moment.

Interesting that Ray's salary is £24k per week. I think I would have expected it to be at least 30k.

I remember taking a training lesson from Tony Cas some years back. He was saying how great the money was in football. He was particularly fond of signing-on fees, as he said you could bank them and live on them for the rest of your life. The only thing that can go wrong is if you get divorced. He said his ambition in life was not to get divorced.

Guess what happened 3 or 4 years later!
