right i need help in a bit of gramer (i know i can't spell) anyway when you asking somebody to join two people would you say JOIN JOHN AND I or JOIN JOHN AND ME please help me its annoying me cause i'd like to know thanx a bunch!!

Join John and me in the meeting room. Or alternatively, Join John and myself in the meeting room.
