    Actually can you just check to make sure ctf1+ is installed(ctf1+.pk3)

    The reason this board is so quite, is that most/all Irish quake stuff is discussed in the thriving quake.ie

    Hmmm, is there any way for it rescan the map files, and pick up new ones, all other maps are working perfect(maybe restarting q3??)

    nice one with the new maps on the server, although seeing as Q3DM6 in its normal or pro form is played most of the time on games2, how about adding 6+ and 6++ to the map mix? see http://www.lvlmaker.co.uk/

    these two maps are extensions of the original to allow for more players and larger TDM games etc... kindof wierd but also cool playing an extended version of Q3DM6...

    6++ is same as 6+, but is brighter etc.

    http://www.maps.lvlmaker.co.uk/6p.zip is the original, and yes gameplay and size etc. is all the same, main difference is "slightly" brighter in the ++ version as well as less colourful and more plain, whereas the + version is more reddish... for some reason i prefer the original + version looks wise.

    maybe this has been noted already, but... doing a callvote for 6++ on games2 seems to be allowed as the vote goes ahead (i.e. server detects valid map selection), but... the map then brought up is another map altogether and not 6++

    i think this is a problem having "++" in the map name which is confusing ++ as a non-existent parameter and then using "6" as a way of choosing another map selection (perhaps 6th map alphabetically or something).
