I'm planning on holding a home game this sunday the 16th.
From 3pm onwards, with an eye towards finishing up by 9pm or so.

Hope so I'm mad for a bit of poker this weekend. I was playing online and having a go at calling with any hand and raising when the 2 cards combined made more than 10. I think it worked out really well. I'm hoping to try it out on Sunday.

davey got first, i got second.

I had about 1/4 his stack at the start of the heads up, and by dint of being a big bully got to having about 1 1/2 times his stack or so.

Was feeling really really chuffed with myself when I got him to go all in bluff against my 2 pair on the turn with his gut shot draw by feigning weakness.

He hit his 4 which undid all my good work ) And the next hand I went out all in A2 against his A6. A2 looked pretty tempting heads-up, and maybe slightly on tilt

Heads up was the most fun part of the night though. And Davey totally deserved it, karmic pay back for me flopping a poker of 2's against him earlier.

Cash game afterwards was a good laugh! I didnt realise one of the new comers was Canaboid who's been on the site for ages (was that the person who's hands shook?).
