I have a 1990 ford fiesta. One set of brake lights wont work. In the lighting pannels at the back there are three lights on each side. Top one is the break/red light, middle is the indicator and the bottom is an other break/red light. The top red light works perfectly as does the indicators. but it is the bottom red light that does not work at all on both sides, I changed the bulbs and checked the fuses but thaey still wont work. Any help to find the problem?

Surely the "bottom red light" is a rear foglight, not a brake light. Have you tried turning on the foglights?

I "think" that year of Fiesta only has one fog light.
Although, failing the above - something that used to happen my parents fiesta (1989) was that the switch at the top of the brake pedal (that controlled the brake lights) would pop out of position - thus rendering the brake light non-functional.

that is a fog light... the only breaklights on the mk3 fiesta are at the top...
