Five newcomers to the Cavan lineup...

    Cavan manager Eamon Coleman has included five debutants in his team for Sunday's Ulster football championship clash with Down.

    Making their debuts are goalkeeper Eoghan Elliott, centre back Trevor Crowe, left half back Anthony Gaynor, centre forward Micheál Lyng and left corner forward Seanie Johnson.

    Amazingly, Anthony Forde - who is named at right half back - is the only player to retain his position from last year's championship team.

    The Breffnimen have been badly hit with injuries to Dermot McCabe, Peter Reilly, Nicholas Walsh, Carl Crotty and Thomas Prior.

    Cavan (SF v Down): E Elliott; E Reilly, D Rabbitte, P Brady; A Forde, T Crowe, A Gaynor; P McKenna, C Collins; L Rielly, M Lyng, M McKeever; G Pearson, J Reilly, S Johnston.
    Nice to see some new faces in there. The old team were going nowhere.

    I think you need more Reillys. In absence of Reillys, pick O'Reillys.
