I recently got a new 3200+ cpu and when I boot up my systems defaults to 166mhzx14x multiplier. The cpu should be 200x11

Any ideas - I know my mobo is ok

Its a 3200 alright - tried the 200x11 but it wont boot - gives me 'POST failed due to overclocking'. It will only boot with 166x14
