    hi i have a 56k dial up modem i play Halo no probs with barely any lag under 300ping can you suggest any other games that play well on dial up?

    My brother plays BF and CoD on 56k. I used to play UT on dialup.

    Age of empires ,Worms , Links all turn based games :)

    Moh isnt bad if you play UK servers, UT2004 has great net code also ,COD.

    Any strategy game, turn-based or real-time, should be fine.

    I mean, a 250ms ping in a RTS isn't gonna get you dead.

    for fps' anything made circa 2000 downwards is alright on modem (except quake3)

    any strat game will be okay on modem though

    Quake2 and CS aren't all that bad. Online Hearts and Backgammon are always a good laugh :)
