    1 large single bedroom - €400 Person n/s sought to share large 4 bedroom house with 3 others - 2 males, 1 female - all laid back easy going prof. Hoping to find like minded person. Spacious single room with a sink is available. House has separate kitchen and living room. All mod facilities incl washing machine, gas heating, microwave, TV, dvd/video, cable etc. Very close to all amenities - tesco 1 min away, pubs, shops, take-aways. Bus stops 1 min away - 10, 37, 39, 70 -all very regular. Only 25 min walk to city centre. We look forward to hearing from you.

    Yeah everyone in the house are non smokers.

    Personally i quit a few months ago and still have a social one or two.

    So we wouldnt be adverse to you smoking in your room.
