Preparing Dublin bay prawns for stew

    Hi, whats the best way to prepare dublin Bay prawns for use in a stew? Heads or headless?

    if I'm removing the heads how far down should I go?

    Can I just rinse them in cool water and but them whole in with my mussels etc?
