Question for anyone that might know if you played a Anamorphic DVD on this TV would the bars show on the screen or would it zoom the screen to fit full screen?

Thats an excellent price. They have a 6 head stereo video recorder as well for 59.99.

Is it a multi region DVD player?

Currys had one of those things in its easter sale for 149. It was matsui and it wasn't multi regional. Think it retails at 179 now.

The 6head vcr is great value tho, would get it if I didn't have a JVC one already.

    I can't decide if I'd use a TV/DVD or TV/VHS unit more.

Why is the Video Recorder so great?

Mainly because it is stereo. I remember checking in Curry's some time back because we need to replace our main video. I think they were 150 Euro +

Picked up one of these today. Not bad.

It's one of those TV's which are built in bulk, and different companies put their stickers on them. My friend has a Black Diamond TV/DVD Player, exact same as this one.

Product code on the box is : CT 1414-A
