Has there been any talk of a Service Pack 5 or even a security rollup for Windows 2000? The number of patches has grown way too big to be downloading over dialup and there's a fair few worms going around.

SP5 is supposed to be coming out towards the end of the year, but like all Microsoft releases it'll probably be later then that. Keep your eye on

    http://www.autopatcher.com/autopatcher2000.html

They're nearly finished the Windows 2000 autopatcher CD. If you don't have broadband, you can order the CD for a few quid once its done, or get someone to download it for you.

Oh yeh, if you go to http:/www.microsoft.ie/protect you can order a security update CD for free, but it's not that up to date...
