Someones, fax or PC keeps dialing our house phone. How do I find out what number it is and report it?

You could let it ring out and then dial 1471 to let you know who called you last. Alternatively borrow a mate's caller ID enabled phone for a couple of days.

Most likely it's someone dialling an incorrect fax number.
