    its not updating anyone know whats the story with it is. it has no stats for may. anyone have the same problem?

    Same here I think they are just letting us download as much as we want, the cap for the Plus customers seems to have been ignored.

    Earlier on this month it was stuck on 12 gb for me, I didnt know what I was on for ages , then it shot up to 18 gb.... since thenIve had to avoid downloading anything...really worried that they may charge but it wanst my fault as I had no idea what I was on...thoughs ?

    ( im a plus customer )

    I say 20GB is the upper upper limit.

    wtf were you downloading?!? I don't know what to download or where to downlod from *so bored*

    mine frozen too, I cant imagine them changing until the start of june now... I'd say I've still not hit my limit anyway... was on 10GB when it froze...

    I thought all is well with the stupid counter, until it jumped 700 MB from Wed to Thursday.

    I was asleep Thursday night at 4 freakin' 30 in the morning! my PC was not running either!

    What could be the problem??

    do you have an ethernet modem? If so it may have re-connected itself.

    If not, maybe try having your password changed - someone else may have used it around then.

    Last ditch attempt would be to complain to them .... it's unlikely they'll care very much
