Windows Graphics Problem

    I just booted windows and the pc is connected to a new (fully working) monitor..ive tried everything but the graphics are green and smeared across screen,they leave greeen trails..ive changed the refresh rate and stuff but nuthing helps

    switch off, plug out, open case, remove gfx card, re-insert gfx card.
    try different monitor if possible.

    try updating drivers too.
