Digiweb DSL Slow this evening

Speed test results this evening for Digiweb DSL Homejet at 6.10pm: Downstream 69 Kbps (8.6 KB/sec) Upstream 20 Kbps (2.5 KB/sec ) I've only had DSL for a few weeks - are these kind of slow downs common? Is it because of high traffic? Are all ISPs affected?

Yea , On iol BB and also at work i've noticed speed/performance patchy to say the least

P.s i'm hooked on hell's kitchen for some reason, sad really

Speed seems better know. Haven't snne hell's kitchen yet is it still on?

can u use ur xbox with it ?
