A mate of mine told me one day "I turn on the PC and I just get this black screen with 'Cannot find something for something-or-other'".

When I proceeded to laugh and tell him I had no idea what he was on about, he told me I must be crap at my job.

(Supply us with more information - When exactly it happens, what software has she recently installed on her machine, the exact error message, screenshots would be even better)
