Help me find some place to live (Dublin 22)

    Hi Lads

    I will be starting work in Dublin in about 3 weeks time 28th of June.

    The Company I will be working for is located at this address:
    Kilcarbery Business Park
    New Nangor Road,
    Dublin 22

    So I will need to find somewhere to live.
    I have a car. I would hope to stay out of the city center due to cost.
    So any place south and east of Clondalkin would be good.
    Can't go over 350 to 400 euro.

    I'll be looking for a room for myself.

    Double room / would accept a single.
    Some place to park the car
    Non smoking
    I would like to be close to work but not too far from a night life.

    Dislikes:
    To share a room
    No car parking

    I would like to get into a new house with
    Parking
    Central Heating
    House Alarm
    Cable or Sat Television
    Washing Machine / Dryer
    Dishwasher
    Microwave
    Broadband internet.

    So if any one can point me in the right direction that would be very much appreciated.
